Deena got her nursing certification a few years ago. Although we didn't shoot a nurse fantasy with Deena as we did with Cindy Cupps...we probably should have...the thought of Deena destroying a skin-tight nurse outfit is an image straight out of an Otis Sweat fantasy 'toon. But, we'll take her in a skin-tight dress that's very low-cut. "I actually am a nurse," Deena said. "I have my LPN, but I decided to take a step back from that because I wanted to enjoy this part of my life with my fans. I figured that later on in life, I could always go back to nursing. But being in nursing was great. I'm very much a people person. I like to nurture people. I nurture my fans. I nurture my patients."
